- The prices indicated are in Euros and TTC.
- Our prices do not include: breakfast, tourist taxes, any package for your pet, or any additional services.
- Promotions and discounts are by no means retroactive.
- The prices take into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order and any change in the rate applicable to the
VAT will be automatically reflected on the prices indicated on the date of the invoice.
- Any change or introduction of new legal or regulatory fees imposed by the relevant authorities will be automatically
reflected in the prices indicated on the date of the invoice.
To validate your reservation, the deposit can be paid by bank transfer, cheque with photocopy of your identity card, or bank card with signed debit authorisation.
To pay for any additional services or services on site, tourist taxes, etc., the accepted means of payment are cash, cheques, holiday cheques, bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue).
Please note: the property does not accept American Express credit card
The credit card used at the time of booking and valid identity papers must be presented upon arrival. Otherwise, access to your
accommodation may be refused.
Any cancellation must be stipulated to us in writing, by post with return receipt or email with confirmation of reading. The days are counted taking into account the customer’s arrival day (D1).
- When booking: deposit required equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the reservation (excluding extras and tourist taxes).
- 30 days before the start of the stay: payment of the entire stay (excluding extras and tourist taxes).
The stay must be paid in full in the event of the client’s no-show. Likewise, any reduction in the length of stay on site cannot
generate a refund and the entire stay will be invoiced at the rate agreed in the reservation contract. In the event that the
compensation due by the customer is greater than the deposit paid, the difference will be deducted from the credit card details
provided when booking.
If you have booked with intermediaries (online travel agencies, online reservation centers, etc.), you must continue the business
relationship you made when booking and contact these same intermediaries in order to manage cancellations. The cancellation
conditions are mentioned in your proposal or quote. At the time of confirmation of the reservation by the customer, the latter
declares to accept all the aforementioned conditions.
Covid-19 In these uncertain times we want to ensure maximum flexibility and flexibility in your reservations. This is why we have extended the free cancellation deadline for your reservations to 30 days before your arrival. Any cancellation must be stipulated to us in writing, by post with return receipt or email with confirmation of reading. The days are counted taking into account the customer’s arrival day (D1). Up to 30 days before the start of the stay: free cancellation. Refund of deposit) From 29 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the balance is retained. For any reservation made, and in the event of the implementation of new lockdown measures by the French government, the full refund of your rental / reservation will be made free of charge.
We would like to draw the attention of our customers who do not live in France: our hotels will comply with French regulations and we will reimburse our customers if travel restrictions and containment measures are put in place on French territory.
In the event that you, or a member of your tribe were to be case-contact or have Covid-19, we apply the usual T & Cs and we invite you to cover yourself with travel insurance. Also, in the event that our ski lifts are closed, we will suggest that you postpone your stay, a discount or a refund.
Force majeure means any event external to the parties that is unpredictable, insurmountable and external to the parties that prevents either the client or the institution’s manager from meeting all or part of the obligations set out in the contract. Force majeure or fortuitous cases are those usually recognised by the jurisprudence of the French Courts and Tribunals.
Neither party shall be liable to the other in the event of a breach of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event. It is expressly agreed that force majeure shall suspend the performance of the parties’ reciprocal obligations and that each party shall bear the costs arising therefrom.
The applicable law is French law. The authentic language is French.
The French language shall prevail over any other translation in the event of a dispute or difficulty in the interpretation or performance
of these Terms.
The nullity of one or more articles of these Terms and Conditions shall not result in the nullity of all of them. All other stipulations present shall remain applicable and shall have full effect.
These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified and updated at any time on our websites. In this case, the new version of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply automatically for all bookings made from the online date. For previous bookings, the previous version of the general conditions of sale will remain applicable.
